Eurocable Group d.o.o. was founded in 1999 in Zagreb. Since then, it has become one of the leading manufacturers of low-voltage power lines and cables in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Our production and logistics are centralized in Jakovlje where are located both headquarters and production facility of the company.

As a technologically advanced industrial company we stand out by using computer-controlled high-speed production lines complemented with continuous in-line quality control throughout all phases of production. Our processes are vertically integrated, which means that the key components are produced in-house: 8mm copper wire from cathodes as well as PVC granulate developed according to specific formulas tailored to meet our production requirements.

Our production facility specializes in the production of installation and power cables intended for voltages up to 1 kV. These products are utilized across various sectors, including residential and commercial construction, industrial plants, and transportation infrastructure. We place particular emphasis on sustainability and environmental stewardship. Through continuous process optimization, we are able to minimize energy consumption and waste generation. Additionally, over 95% of technological waste is recycled on-site at our production facility.

As a company fully focused on exports, we reflect a strong international presence and reach.

Our focus is delivering premium products and services, with a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and human health. We continuously monitor the achievement of these objectives to ensure consistent implementation of our quality policy across all aspects of our business.

Production

Our production takes place on 20 high-tech production lines located within a 10,000 m² facility, supported by an additional 7,000 m² of outdoor storage space. The production process is carefully organized: semi-finished products are produced on specific lines and further processed into finished products and cables.

All our production lines are aquired from leading European manufacturers and equipped with automated quality control systems. This significantly reduces the risk of human error and ensures high reliability, consistency, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Our annual production capacity equals 30.000 tons of finished products in total, which consist of:

15.000 tons of copper
1.500 tons of aluminium
8.000 tons of PVC granulate (produced in multiple formulations in compliance with cable industry standards)
